Pillars of Knowledge is a journey of exploration through the historic roots of Islam. As you visit each Pillar, you will be acquire knowledge on Islam. Each section will ask you to complete tasks. Completed tasks will earn you Caliphate Coins. Below are the 5 Pillars within this quest.

Each Pillar in the website provides a section for you to read, images for you to view, and in some cases, a video to watch. Once you've become familiar with the information for that pillar, decide which tasks to complete to earn your Caliphate Coins! Each task is worth the number of coin images located on that task. All assignments are to be submitted via your teacher's directions (Edmodo, Google Classroom or Submission Form) . Watch for the daily updates and directions on how to submit your assignments.
The Calphates in 700 BC had created a vast empire. Developing a common currency helped spread their religion (Islam) and their language (Arabic). As you explore this website, you will earn Caliphate Coins (CC) for each achievement. Gather the most coins and you will stand victorious upon the Pillars of Knowledge.
